Stirrups carry the shear the concrete alone cannot; their capacity follows the truss analogy.
The stirrup shear capacity is V_s = A_v·f_y·d/s. where A_v is the stirrup area, f_y its yield strength, d the effective depth and s the spacing.

Apply the truss-analogy stirrup capacity.
V_s := A_v·f_y·d/s=176625 N
Results
Closer stirrup spacing increases capacity. The total shear capacity adds the concrete contribution to this steel term.
