This notice applies if you are located in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area. It supplements our Privacy Policy and explains your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR.

Email calculeaf01@gmail.com with your request. We will respond within one month, as required by law. There is normally no charge, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

5. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (for example, Google) may process your data outside the UK and EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

We keep your account data and worksheets for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the associated personal data, except where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation. Analytics and log data are retained for a limited period.

7. Right to complain

If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
