The right-edge panel is AI Assistant. Click the star tab
on the right (tooltip: Open AI Assistant) to open it; the chevron in the
panel header closes it (Close AI panel). Signed-in users get a monthly
token allowance. Guests see a sign-up prompt instead of the quota bar.
