Import and export

Quick Access and Home → File:

  • Export writes a Calculeaf .leaf file (the whole worksheet, including pictures and results).
  • Import ▾ offers Calculeaf (.leaf), Mathcad Prime (.mcdx), and Mathcad 15 (.xmcd).

File group. Export writes .leaf; Import ▾ opens Calculeaf or Mathcad files as a new sheet.

Export .leaf

  1. Choose Export on Quick Access or Home → File.
  2. The browser downloads a .leaf named after the worksheet.

Open that file later with Import ▾ → Calculeaf (.leaf). Import creates a new worksheet from the file; it does not overwrite the sheet you have open.

Import

After a Mathcad import, run Evaluate and walk the page. Names, units, and Given/solve blocks are the usual places to fix by hand — see Mathcad import. Then Save As a Calculeaf .leaf or keep working in the account copy.
