Save as a template

  1. Open the sheet you want as a starting point (title block, unit system, common lists).
  2. Choose Save As on Quick Access or Home → File.

A template is a starting copy — editing a new sheet does not change the template until you save that sheet as a template again. Regions, paper theme, unit system, styles, and headers/footers are included.

Start from a template

Choose New. In the new-sheet dialog, set Start From Template to the template you want, or leave it blank for an empty page. The sidebar empty state reads: No templates — use Save As → Save as Template.
