Print and PDF

Document tab → Print (tooltip: Print / Export PDF). The browser print dialog can save as PDF. Headers, footers, section tables, and calc numbers are included. Zoom on the Document tab does not change the printed page size.

Print

  1. Turn on Header and Footer if you want bands on every page.
  2. Turn on Calc №s if you want [section.n] in the PDF.
  3. Open the Document tab and choose Print.
  4. In the browser dialog, choose a printer or Save as PDF.

Grid on the canvas is a working aid; most browsers omit it or fade it in print. Paper theme colours do print. Hide the AI panel and sidebars before you print if they appear in the preview — Print is designed to use the page, not the chrome.
