Getting Started

Getting Started is the shortest path from a blank page to a saved calculation. Work through the pages in order, or jump to the one you need.

What you will do

1. What is Calculeaf — what a worksheet is, and which app you are using (web, desktop, or phone).
2. Create an account — guest trial versus sign-in, email or Google, and why an account matters.
3. Your first worksheet — click the page to add math, double-click for text, type an assignment with units, and save.
4. Tour of the workspace — ribbon, canvas, sheets sidebar, and the unit-system control.
5. Open an example calculation — browse the gallery and copy a public sheet into your workspace.

When you finish this section you should be able to open the app, write a unit-aware assignment, and find the controls named in the rest of the guide.
