Mathcad import

Home → Import ▾ → Mathcad Prime (.mcdx) or Mathcad 15 (.xmcd). Calculeaf converts regions it recognises (math, text, and many plots) onto a new sheet.

After import

1. Run Evaluate (Ctrl+Enter ).
2. Walk the page from the top. Names that did not convert show as errors on the region that first uses them.
3. Check units — Mathcad custom units and some compound forms need a retoken from Units ▾.
4. Rebuild Given/solve blocks if constraints arrived as ordinary assignments.
5. Re-bind plot series if a chart is empty.
6. Save As a Calculeaf .leaf or keep working in the account copy.

Layout is approximate. Drag regions to restore the original reading order — evaluation follows visual order, not the Mathcad region ID.
