Create an account
You can use Calculeaf without an account. Guest worksheets are tied to this browser session. Close the tab, switch machines, or clear cookies and those sheets are gone unless you sign in and claim them.
Open the sign-in dialog
- Go to Open the app.
- Choose Sign in in the header, or visit /app/?signin=1.
- To create an account instead, choose Create account or open /app/?signup=1.
Email or Google
Sign in with the email and password you registered, or choose Continue with Google. New email accounts receive a confirmation message. After you confirm, you land on a short success page and can return to the app.
Forgot the password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in dialog. Calculeaf emails a reset link. The reset pages use the same Calculeaf header as the rest of the site.
Claim a guest worksheet
If you already typed work as a guest, sign up or sign in from that same worksheet. Calculeaf attaches the current sheet to your account so you do not lose it. After that, the sheet appears in the Sheets sidebar on any browser where you are signed in.
Why an account matters
- Worksheets sync across browsers and machines (web and the desktop app).
- You can save a sheet as a template and start new work from it.
- Share links, teams, review comments, and the AI sidebar require a signed-in user.
- Account settings at /account/ hold your name, password, billing, team, and API token.
The web app itself is free. Desktop installers and extra AI tokens are paid add-ons on the pricing page — you do not need them to finish Getting Started.
